Email ChainMenu
ChainMenu can be contacted at [email protected]. This address is intended for questions about the site, source-backed correction reports, broken links, privacy requests, accessibility problems, and clear feedback about a published page. It is not a restaurant customer-service channel, an ordering address, an employment application address, or a source of individualized medical or nutrition advice.
Email delivery does not create a service relationship, and ChainMenu does not promise a response or a particular response time. Messages may be prioritized by whether they identify a reproducible problem and provide evidence from the restaurant source. Urgent health, allergy, order, payment, employment, or store-availability matters should go directly to the relevant restaurant or an appropriate professional rather than waiting for ChainMenu.
What to include in a data correction
A useful correction report includes the exact ChainMenu page URL, the item name and serving shown, the nutrient field in question, the value currently displayed, and the proposed correction. Please also include a link to the restaurant's current official nutrition disclosure or identify the relevant page in an official document. This allows the published row and source to be compared without guessing which size, preparation, region, or menu version the message concerns.
ChainMenu does not replace a number solely because another unofficial nutrition website, search snippet, social post, menu photograph, or personal memory shows something different. Those materials may signal that a source needs review, but the site remains anchored to cited restaurant nutrition documents. Reports about a combined total should name every component so the arithmetic can be reproduced.
Privacy and sensitive information
Do not email passwords, payment information, government identifiers, medical records, precise health history, or other sensitive personal information. ChainMenu has no need for those details to investigate a page or source issue. A sender's email address and message contents are received because the sender voluntarily provides them; the website itself does not require an account or collect a nutrition profile.
For a privacy request, use the subject line “Privacy request” and identify the message or interaction involved without adding unnecessary sensitive data. For an accessibility issue, include the affected URL, the device or assistive technology if relevant, and the barrier encountered. ChainMenu may ask for enough detail to reproduce a technical issue but cannot guarantee that every environment or external link can be supported.
Brand, restaurant, and medical boundaries
ChainMenu is not affiliated with Chipotle Mexican Grill or Dunkin', so it cannot confirm store hours, menu availability, ingredients, allergen controls, refunds, orders, loyalty accounts, franchise policies, or employment questions. Contact the applicable restaurant for those matters. Restaurant personnel also remain the source for the most current recipe and preparation information.
ChainMenu publishes nutrition references for general informational use and does not provide a clinical assessment. Questions involving an allergy, eating disorder, kidney disease, diabetes, pregnancy, medication interaction, prescribed diet, or other individual health condition should be directed to a qualified professional who can evaluate the full situation.
Response expectations
Receipt of a message may be acknowledged, investigated without a separate reply, answered later, or left unanswered. No response deadline is offered. If a verified correction is accepted, the relevant page may be updated through the normal publishing process, but sending an email does not guarantee a change, publication credit, or ongoing correspondence.
