Both source files were retrieved August 17, 2026. Direct rows preserve the printed serving; combined rows are labeled arithmetic sums.
Why this is a curated low-calorie comparison
The two source files contain 1,097 unique records across beverages, proteins, toppings, sides, bakery products, and complete breakfast foods. Sorting all rows by calories would place many zero- and five-calorie beverages at the top while hiding the different role of a salsa, lettuce portion, donut hole, or hash-brown side. This page therefore uses a curated set and states the serving beside every value.
The selection is not an exhaustive “healthiest menu” list. It demonstrates how low-calorie choices differ by decision type: a plain drink against another plain drink, a topping against another topping, and a small food against another realistically substitutable food. Availability and current recipes still require restaurant confirmation.

Zero- and five-calorie beverages
The displayed Chipotle zero-calorie soda rows list zero calories for 22 fluid ounces. Dunkin' plain medium hot coffee and plain medium cold brew each list 5 calories. These values apply only to the named preparations; sugar, cream, milk, cold foam, flavor, or a different size requires a different record.
Plain beverages can minimize calories within a beverage choice, but they do not supply the same nutrients or food role as breakfast or a meal component. The hot coffee row has 1g of protein, while plain cold brew has 0g. A low calorie number should not be expanded into a claim about fullness, hydration needs, medical suitability, or overall diet quality.
Chipotle toppings and bases under 30 calories
Romaine lettuce lists 5 calories for one ounce, and supergreens lists 15 for three ounces. Green chili salsa also lists 15, but its sodium is 260mg compared with 15mg for supergreens. Equal calories do not create equal sodium.
Fajita vegetables and fresh tomato salsa remain low in calories for their printed portions, yet they contribute different carbohydrate, fiber, sugar, and sodium values. These components can help shape a lower-calorie bowl or salad, but protein, rice, beans, queso, guacamole, dressing, tortillas, chips, and drinks must still be added to reach the actual order total.
Dunkin' small foods need quantity context
One Old Fashioned Munchkins donut hole lists 50 calories. That is a one-hole serving, so several pieces multiply the total and should not be compared with one full donut without counting quantity. A small unit can look unusually low only because the serving is unusually small.
Six hash browns list 110 calories, 6g of fat, and 360mg of sodium. The side remains relatively low in calories compared with many sandwiches, but its sodium position differs from the plain drink rows and from Chipotle greens.
Four ways to use the table
For calorie control, select a realistic complete configuration and add every included row. For lower sugar, compare the sugar column after matching beverage preparation or food quantity. For lower sodium, inspect sauces, dressings, breads, prepared proteins, and sides rather than relying on calories. For higher protein, begin with a protein source because the lowest-calorie garnish may contribute little protein.
A useful substitution stays within the same decision. Compare plain coffee with plain cold brew, one salsa with another salsa, or one counted food portion with another counted food portion. Comparing lettuce with a sandwich may be mathematically possible but does not answer what to order for the same eating occasion.
Serving and source boundaries
All figures come from the existing Chipotle and Dunkin' JSON extracts, which preserve the official PDF serving labels. ChainMenu does not convert those labels to equal weights, estimate an unlisted custom recipe, or treat a regional record as proof of local availability. The table is auditable precisely because those limitations remain visible.
Recipes and nutrition disclosures can change after retrieval. Confirm current product details with the restaurant, especially for allergens, medical nutrition needs, or a tightly controlled target. This page is a comparison aid and not a substitute for professional nutrition advice.
Frequently asked questions
Is the table an exhaustive list of every low-calorie row?
No. It is a curated cross-brand set chosen to show plain drinks, meal components, donut holes, and a side while preserving their different serving roles.
Which displayed foods start lowest in calories?
Chipotle romaine lists 5 calories per printed ounce, while one Dunkin' Old Fashioned Munchkins donut hole lists 50 calories.
Do zero- or five-calorie drinks make a complete meal?
No. Beverage rows answer a drink comparison and should not be treated as nutritionally equivalent to a food or meal.
Does lower calorie also mean lower sodium or sugar?
No. Calories, sodium, sugar, protein, carbohydrate, and fat are separate fields and can rank the same rows differently.
